To be able to follow process SOP/guidelines for every service transaction.

To be able to comprehend the ask accurately and follow protocol for resolution including recording notes on specified format and re-routing to L2 support as and when needed as per SOP.

Highly accountable for the scope of defined KRA and beyond, to ensure best experience for both external and internal stakeholders.

Accuracy, attention to detail and judgment skills.

Aptitude to comprehend articles and good analytical skills

Interest in current affairs/news is preferred

Ability to multitask

A flexible mindset to be able to accommodate any change which may be shift/process/product etc.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining needed reports.

Should be able to able to read, write and speak (Language, English )

Good Knowledge on Internet

The ability to work in 24*7 shifts

5 day working, rotational weekly off

The ability to work in a team environment & contribute

Excellent navigational and multi-tasking skills on the computer

Good Listening/Understanding Skills

Handle queries/troubleshooting on assigned reviews within Service Level Agreement

Should be ok to deal with egregious/sensitive content
