Job Description:
Assist with analysis and preparation of information to support the Group team e.g., Material Risk Taker, Compensation data for internal requirements and external reporting, Emoluments.
Monitoring team mailboxes and MS teams channels and respond to process related queries.
Consolidate data from regional/business submissions, data analysis and manipulation, report generation, MI production to meet operational or regulatory report submissions.
To prepare compensation data based on requests received from management and regulators on all aspects of reward as required.
Pay review reconciliation and system maintenance for the Executive Compensation population.
