Job Description:
● Taking ownership of technical issues by doing data verification and analysis.
● Determine the root cause of the issue with steps to reproduce.
● Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
● Give a satisfactory solution to the customer and have alternative suggestions in cases
● Ability to handle calls and remote desktop to debug and fix the issue at the customer side, when necessary.
● Ability and flexibility to work with other teams to resolve issues.
● Participation in providing training to customers as required.
Skill Requirements:
● Strong knowledge of computer systems & networking.
● Logical thinking and problem-solving capability.
● Issue debugging and analyzing skills.
