Job Description:
Reports financial results monthly and annually through the Hyperion Software to Group Finance and Regional management
Prepares financial reports such as monthly-Port Summary, Revenue by Principal, etc.
Work together with the Financial Controller for external and internal audits to provide the necessary information for to auditors
Reports financial results monthly to port offices and follows-up with questions, training and associated assistance
Maintains and reconciles Corporate Balance Sheet accounts (non-vessel and excluding cash)
Develop financial models, prepare forecasts and reporting tools to identify business opportunities, risk and ensure performance better.
Forecasts and budgets - uploading into Hyperion
Assists Senior Management with questions, research and financial analysis, as requested
Develop and maintain forecast models for income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement of company
Analyse all financial reports and assist in improvement and execution process
Provides financial information to outside accountants for income tax preparation and reviews prior to filing
Point of Contact to any income tax audits or queries
Responsible for safeguarding company assets
Skill set Requirements :

• Advanced Skills in Excel
• Team Management
Note :
Shift Timings 2-11 PM and should be flexible working in shifts.
