Key Features of the FASTag Annual Pass 1. *Fixed Fee*: ₹3,000 covering up to 200 trips or one calendar year. 2. *National Highway Coverage*: Applicable on National Highways across India. 3. *Exclusively for Private Vehicles*: Limited to non-commercial four-wheelers (cars, jeeps, vans). 4. *No Toll Deductions*: No toll deductions until the usage limit or validity is reached. Job description
Key Responsibilities

A candidate needs to interact with the client regularly and will be responsible for final delivery of work including:

· Assist in monitoring the existing projects against quality, timelines, execution, resource requirements, etc.

· Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

· Developing quotes, pitches/proposals and RFP/RFQ/RFIs for the sales leads based on inputs from the manager

· Continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators

· Tracking and monitoring the sales leads and opportunities

· Assisting on new marketing initiatives

· Liaise with multiple stakeholders within LOB and outside for sales leads and opportunities

· Assist manager in tracking and monitoring resource management

· Develop robust spreadsheet tools/utilities with clearly defined inputs, calculations, & final output

· Develop automated and reusable routines for extracting information from various data sources

· Utilize VBA in new and existing Excel-based tools to automate recurring work processes

· Integrate capability in Excel-based tools to both pull and push data from/to SQL Server or any other databases

· Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic

· Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT)

Candidate Profile

· Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field

· 4+ years of experience as a PMO analyst working with client stakeholders

· Excellent experience working on project management artefacts like requirement documents, project planning, resource planning, etc.

· Strong experience in creating presentations, documents, etc.

· Strong experience in Microsoft Excel – Expert Level

– Strong expertise in Complex formula authoring, array functions, dynamic named ranges, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting

– VBA: familiar with Excel object model, authoring of procedures, user defined functions, code refactoring, and performance optimization

– Dynamic dashboard design, leverage Excel charting capabilities

– Knowledgeable in best practices of spreadsheet design

· Experience in SQL Server

– Familiar with relational databases.

– Comfortable writing SQL queries utilizing aggregation functions and GROUP BY

– Understand the different JOIN types

· Experience in creating proposals, quotes, etc.

· Experience in working through the SDLC coordinating with multiple stakeholders

· Experience of working with systems and technologies on the financial institutions.

· Experience working on agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, etc.

· Good understanding of technology aspects of the working of API, system integration, data transfer, stack, etc.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

· Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients

· Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and also collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts

· Experience with delivering projects within an agile environment

· Experience in project management and team management
