We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll & Tax Expert with prior experience in QuickBooks Desktop and a track record of working with US clients. This role entails managing our company's payroll operations with precision and compliance, including overseeing W-2 & 1099 payroll processing, ensuring accurate payments, and managing tax filings. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining employee documents, upholding regulatory compliance, and providing valuable assistance across various payroll-related tasks. If you possess proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, a thorough understanding of US payroll processes, and tax regulations, and can contribute to the seamless operation of our payroll system, we invite you to apply.

• Setup the Multi-State Payroll Taxes for employees working/living in the following states: Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC & New Jersey

• Register and Obtain Account numbers from the above states for tax payments through QuickBooks

• Making Federal & State Tax payments on a weekly basis

• Filing 940/941 or State Tax Forms as per compliance

• Generating Paystubs & W-2’s for employees
