Roles and Responsibilities :

The ERP FICO Consultant is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration & support of SAP FICO and JDE finance areas to meet the business needs of Rezayat group of companies. Working closely with BPOs to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionalities.

The consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements and understanding integration points between different modules and functions. In addition, in this role the finance consultant will identify areas of operational improvement by utilizing system functionality and will also provide training programs, report design, and system testing.

Also manages RITCCO accounts and admin related activities including month end accounts closing activities Furthermore, he will provide guidance in end-user support, service incidents/problem resolution, and system support processes which include daily job monitoring, coordination with other IT teams and communication.


Desired Candidate Profile :

J DE Development & Support :

1. Provide functional support to business users and help troubleshoot issues in all financial modules including General ledger, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Purchasing, in ERP JDE System.

2. To identify, evaluate and resolve business issues, manage systems, provide leadership and work on abstract problems across all functional areas in ERP JDE System.

3. Develop project plans, objectives and schedules that support company objectives and business unit/department needs.

4. Works with the business unit to define the scope, business objectives and required project results and develops project schedules and budgets.

5. Support the business with month end closing, write queries and build ad hoc reports using data browser in ERP JDE.

6. Ensure effective management and delivery of group critical reports. These functions will be undertaken in a manner which ensures continuous quality improvement and is embedded in the delivery of services, based on close understanding of users requirement and needs.

7. Evaluate functional issue and recommend resolution or modification in ERP JDE system.

8. Responsible for creating new companies, chart of accounts, business units, object accounts, supplier and customer.

9. Work with users and accountants to achieve solution-oriented results to resolve specific challenges and issues.

10. Initiate and follow through on continuous process improvements for Financial/Accounting systems improvements.

11. Assist and coordinate aspects of module implementation and ensure cooperation and accountability from various departments.

SAP Implementation & Support:

1. Collecting all the opening balances for Asset, Vendor, customer and general ledger for all Rezayat Group.

2. Uploading all the financial data in SAP system for Rezayat Group.

3. Implementing the Companies roll and requirement.

Accountant:

1. Preparation of monthly accounts, budgets and various analytical reports

2. Review and posting entries for accruals and provision entries in general ledger

3. Preparing information required by auditors and coordinating with the auditors

4. Preparation of Project Cost on monthly basis for on-going Projects

5. Review update of fixed assets master, Ensure that the assets are classified according to company Guidelines

Knowledge of configuring new requirements as per customers request.
Knowledge for supporting in monthly and annual financial closing activities.

Training & guidance for the new JDE users in all financial modules.

Be able to multi-task in very dynamic and constantly changing requirements of users and Group companies.

Continuous improvement and quality assurance culture in a functional environment, and support in
Developing and implementing associated policies and strategies.

Ability to communicate with functional users and managers, including the ability to write clear and concise correspondence and documentation.
