Roles & Responsibilities:
Verifying and Posting of all types of Accounting Entries.
Maintaining Books of Accounts, Cash and Bank books.
Preparation of Monthly accounting statements.
Preparation of Bank reconciliation Statements.
Reconciliation of books of accounts and other IT Related Statements.
Preparation of ESI, PF and TDS Statements and making payments, filing Monthly and Quarterly Returns.
Preparation of GST Statements and making payments, filing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Returns.
Preparation of Finalization of Accounts independently along with filing of IT
Returns and preparation of other forms like Tax Audit (3CD), MAT (29B Form) etc., and making necessary accounting adjustment entries.
Monitoring Staff performance and work with staff to implement goals and objectives aligned with department goals.
Manages daily workload and prioritization of Assignments.
Preparing MIS and other Accounting Reports for submission to the management.
Communicating with all levels of executive management and handles all escalation and resolutions.
Ensures that Accounts payables and Accounts Receivables are effectively managed.
Co-ordinate with Internal and external Auditors to ensure effective and efficient processes and compliance with all requirements.
Providing correct and complete and timely statutory compliances and meeting all statutory returns and payments in time.
Drafting and replying on Income Tax Scrutinizes and to all other statutory authorities.
Preparing and submitting quarterly reporting, half yearly reporting to Regulatory Authorities- related to Touchstone Trust (SEBI) AIF Fund
Preparing and filing of FORM 64C and Form 64D to the investors
