Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual Counselling/Consultancy sessions with students interested in admissions in Colleges/Universities in India or Abroad.

Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest Assist students on deciding on the Universities/Colleges and programs to opt.

Assist in preparing and filing of their applications in various Colleges Guiding students on the Visa process and Visa applications for Overseas Colleges. 

Work on developing various Processes and Training material for the Team.

Participate in educational activities such as Exhibitions and Events as and when required

Any other role that may be assigned from time to time.


You must be able to recognize, define and quantify individual student strengths, needs, chances and interests and match it to the top universities which will address these most competently and where he/she has the maximum chances of admission.

Ability to be proactive and not reactive always is of great importance
Interpersonal (mediation) skills are required to be able to solve problems that may arise between Colleges, parents and students, as the case may be.

The Candidate should be friendly, courteous, and accommodating.

Experience:  0-3 years of working in a similar role or capacity.

Eligible: Candidates must have a Graduate degree.
Candidate should have team building and collaborative strengths.

Candidate should be passionate, self driven and disciplined with the work they do.

Leadership potential will help them get recognized and will be considered

Compensation Package:

Selected candidates will receive a gross Monthly Salary of Rs 15,000/- Rs 18,000/­ 

This can be increased for exceptional candidates or for people with relevant experience.

Additionally candidates will be eligible for exciting incentives as per the Incentive Schemes announced from time to time.

These can range from an incentive of Rs.10,000 per month or more depending on the performance.

Payment of the Monthly Salary would be subject to the Productivity and Attendance Norms laid down by the Company from time to time.
