Government Launches FASTag-Based Annual Pass for Private Vehicles The Government of India has introduced a FASTag-based Annual Pass for non-commercial private vehicles, aiming to simplify toll payments and improve road travel.  Effective from August 15, 2025, the pass costs ₹3,000 and offers several benefits. Key Features of the FASTag Annual Pass 1. *Fixed Fee*: ₹3,000 covering up to 200 trips or one calendar year. 2. *National Highway Coverage*: Applicable on National Highways across India. 3. *Exclusively for Private Vehicles*: Limited to non-commercial four-wheelers (cars, jeeps, vans). 4. *No Toll Deductions*: No toll deductions until the usage limit or validity is reached.  • End to end Recruitment cycle like Sourcing, Screening, and interviewing (In-depth).

 • Sourcing resumes from job portals like (Naukri, Monster), Linked-in.

 • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

 • Strategy Plan for Daily Sourcing/ sourcing strategy plan with priority.

 • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

 • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).

 • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

 • Following up on the interview process status.

 • Should have strong communication and inter-personnel skills. 

 • Track and follow up with the candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Under Section 54, an individual and an HUF can claim exemption from tax on long term capital gains if the taxpayer purchases another residential house within two years or construct a new house within three years from the date of sale of the original residential house.
