Budgeting & Analytics:
Lead the business budget exercise for various Entities / Plants and functions
Prepare revenue and capital budget for all entities
Preparation of latest estimates
Preparation of sales Latest estimates and highlighting risks / opportunities to achieve the sales target for the month / quarter
Keep track of variances between actual vs Budget values and identify and analyze the key drivers for the same
Analyze and understand in depth all the costs in the business that can impact the profitability
Benchmarking with peers & industry
Setting productivity improvement metrics as part of Planning process
B. Management Reporting:
Prepare monthly / quarterly MIS, analytical reviews to enable actionable insights of the historical financials and explanations of the variance between actuals vs Budget / Latest Estimates
Monthly preparation of Sales variance file and circulation
Conduct monthly reviews of Revenues & Expenses and analyze variances
Presentations to TOP Management on business health & performance on monthly
Presentations to Board and Audit Committee on Quarterly / Annually
Maintain updated latest estimates for the upcoming month. Quarter, etc.,
C. Other Support:
Analytical Support for Monthly / quarterly reviews
Support in Financial Accounting and preparation of Consolidated financials for group including subsidiaries
Track cost improvement plans
D. Academic Background and Key experience:
CA with around 2 years of experience in Planning, Budgeting, Analysis, Accounting
Good Business acumen
