Job Description:
Responsible for managing day to day process in finance function – validation on AP & GL entries and managing treasury.
Prepare monthly consolidated financials as per IFRS for group reporting.
Assist in preparing the cash forecast
Liaise with Glencore reporting team for book closure and quarterly tax closure.
Prepare legal entity financials as per local GAAP and liaise with Auditors for annual closure.
Prepare and file statutory returns, annual tax returns and VAT returns for various geographies.
Assist with preparing management PNL on need basis and balance work with management accountant.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Good analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
ERP (SAP / AX / HFM) exposure would be an distinct advantage
Person who has worked in Audit firm or from a Audit back-ground and who has hands on experience in book closure.
